Shipping and Returns

We aim to mail your items within 1-3 business days of your purchase. Please allow this time for your order to be made (if out of stock) and shipped to your door.  

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we want to make things right! We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new and unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@kaenhome.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please include your order number along with a return note in the subject field for us to better assist you. Kaen Home DOES NOT provide a prepaid return label to ship back returns, thus the client is responsible for a shipping expenses.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or custom orders or gift cards.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, Kaen home DOES NOT exchange purchase. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
